Pair of 2 Vintage Imperial Glass Company Tumbler Glasses in the Shoji Pattern
Pair of 2 mid-century lowball (tumbler) glasses made by Imperial Glass Co. in the Shoji Pattern. Each glass is molded with a raised pattern, inspired by Japanese Shoji screens.
The raised pattern was then hand painted with 22-karat gold. Glassware manufactured by the Imperial Glass Company is the most highly regarded and sought after midcentury, vintage glassware by any manufacturer. Each glass features the IG mark on the bottom.
Manufactured in the 1960's.
Gentle hand wash only. Not dishwasher safe. Not microwave safe.
Condition: Very good vintage condition. Fair amount of gold loss to upper lip and sides on one glass.
