Returns 

All sales are final, The Swan's House does not offer refunds or exchanges. We pride ourselves on selling vintage items that are in excellent condition but most vintage items will show signs of wear conducive with age and use, please inspect all item descriptions and photos carefully before placing an order. We are happy to provide additional images/video or answer any questions if required. Please contact us prior to purchase if additional information is required.

Pick-Up

All orders placed for "In Store Pick-Up" must be collected within 14 days from the date of purchase. If additional storage time is required please contact us to make a request. In most instances, storage for longer periods of time is possible but storage fees may apply.

Items not picked up within 30 days, with no communication or response from buyer, are considered abandoned and will be returned to the shop floor with no refund.

Delivery

*What is curbside delivery? Curbside delivery means that we will deliver the items to the outside/curb of your building. If you need help getting items in to your building or up stairs additional fees will apply and prior agreement is required.

Domestic Shipping: Please contact us prior to purchase to obtain a domestic shipping quote from a third party shipping company for oversized items. The Swan's House is not affiliated with any shipping company, we cannot control shipping rates. Items shipped at buyers risk, The Swan's House is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or missing items that incur during transit. If your items are insured with the shipping carrier, it is the buyer's responsibility to file any and all claims directly to the shipping company.

International Shipping: The Swan's House does not arrange shipping for oversized items overseas.
